OKM engineers the EXP 6000 PRO+ in Altenburg, Germany, as a fully wireless 3D ground-scanning system for treasure hunters, archaeologists, geologists, and prospectors who want to see what's below the surface before committing to a dig. Interchangeable carbon-fiber probes clip onto magnetic mounts and talk to the touchscreen control unit over WiFi, so there's no sensor cable running across the ground to trip over.

Six operating modes — 3D Ground Scan, Tunnel Scan, Magnetometer, Mineral Scan, Pinpointer, and Live Scan — mean one system covers cavity detection, tunnel mapping, natural gold prospecting, and straightforward pinpointing without swapping equipment between jobs. Scan data streams to the 6.5-inch touchscreen live, then gets rebuilt afterward into rotatable, color-coded 2D and 3D models.

A pre-configured notebook running OKM Visualizer 3D Studio Professional Edition handles that reconstruction, turning saved scans into detailed 3D models that show the position, size, and depth of buried targets once you're back at the truck or the office. The telescopic probe itself extends out to 124 cm, and paired with the SCMI-15-D dual/hexa geophysical phase reader, the system is rated to detect down to 25 m under favorable ground conditions.

A removable GPS receiver on the rod handle geo-tags every scan location for accurate return visits, and the live feed can stream to compatible video glasses for hands-free scanning in the field.
