Is this a genuine, authorized product?

Yes. We're an authorized distributor, which means this unit is genuine factory stock — not grey-market — and comes with a valid international manufacturer warranty.

What is the warranty and how do I claim it?

Coverage runs 2–3 years depending on the brand and model. If something goes wrong, message or call us with your order details and we'll handle the claim directly with the manufacturer's regional service center.

Do you deliver across Pakistan, and how long does it take?

Yes — insured delivery reaches anywhere in the country. Major cities usually see orders in 2–4 business days, remote areas a bit longer, and you'll get tracking details as soon as it ships.

Is training included, and how does it work?

Yes. Every purchase comes with a training session, either in person in Islamabad or over video call, covering setup, ground balancing, and field operation for your specific terrain.

A simple, entry-level 7.69 kHz detector for first-time users and families.

The Alpha 2000 uses preset ground balance, so there is nothing to adjust before you start. Target ID by category and three-tone audio tell you roughly what a target is.

It weighs about 1 kg, runs on a single 9V battery for 20-25 hours and has an 8-inch waterproof concentric coil. Ask Buy Detectors for the current price.
